Biocides render harmless undesired or harmful organisms, such as bacteria, fungi and viruses. We have two biocides in our product range, each with their own particular application: Intra Hydropure and Syn-Formaline. Our specialists will be happy to tell you more about them.

Applications and authorisations

Intra Hydropure can be applied in feed water for your crops and as disinfectant after cleaning your greenhouse. Intra Hydropure is a product that is based on hydrogen peroxide and chelated silver. The silver is added as a stabiliser, and also has an extra biocidal effect. The product reacts with organic contamination and then breaks down into water and oxygen without any harmful residues. The oxygen provides an additional benefit in your feed water.

Syn-Formaline is used for disinfecting your greenhouse after cleaning.

Both biocides are registered with the Ctgb: Intra Hydropure under authorisation number 13279 and Syn-Formaline under authorisation number 13525.

Measurement, testing and treatment

High water quality encourages the healthy development and growth of grass. We can take water samples to measure the amount of bacteria and fungi present in the water. We then advise you of any necessary treatments.
