IBC containers with capacity of 250, 300, 600, 800 and 1000 litres

A standard intermediate bulk container (IBC) has a capacity of 1000 litres. But we have IBC containers in our range with a capacity of 250, 300, 600 and 800 litres. In these plastic IBC containers, you can store, for example, foodstuffs, AdBlue or chemical fluids. They can also be used as water tanks.

IBC container dimensions

Varibox 250 litres

With its compact dimensions, the double-walled 250-litre IBC is the ideal container for small spaces. It makes sense that the 250-litre Varibox IBC is commonly used in swimming pools. The compact container occupies only a small surface area and fits through the standard doorways often present in these spaces. And no separate spill container is needed because it is already integrated into the Varibox IBC.

300 litre IBC

The 300 litre IBC is the smallest bulk container, measuring only 80 x 60 x 100 cm. The small (content) volume makes the 300 litre container highly suitable for liquids with a limited shelf life or for use in small spaces. The IBC has an opening of 150 mm, a plastic outlet of 2″ or S60x6 and a 50-mm gate valve. The 300-litre IBCs are stable and stackable (also with the 600 and 800-litre ones), simple to empty and are reusable. The containers have an HDPE inner tank in natural or black, a galvanised tubular cage and a plastic pallet. The container is also available with a UN certification.

IBC container 600 litres

This compact, medium-sized bulk container is especially suited to smaller spaces. Its dimensions are 120 x 80 x 100 cm. This container is generally used when a 200-litre tank is too small and a standard IBC (1000 l) is too large. It is available with a wooden, steel or plastic pallet and a filler opening of 150 mm, 225 mm or 400 mm. There is a choice of drain tap between 2” (s60x6) and 3” (s100x8) for viscous products. The containers have a HDPE inner tank in natural or black and a galvanised tube-like cage. This container is also available in a food-grade version.

IBC container 800 litres

This bulk container is available in 2 different pallet dimensions. With dimensions of 120 x 80 x 118 cm, it provides an optimised fill volume for the EURO pallet format. By enlarging the pallet format, the height is reduced to dimensions of 120 x 100 x 100 cm. This IBC is regularly employed to make use of all the space in a sea container. It has a filler opening of 150 mm or 225 mm, with a 2” plastic drain tap. Placed on a wooden, steel or plastic pallet, the HDPE inner tank comes in its natural colour and is useful for industries ranging from the food to the chemical sector.

IBC container 1000 litres

This is the most common format of the bulk containers, used to store and transport a huge assortment of liquids, partly due to its properties of being UV-safe, anti-static and hygienic. It is available on a pallet base of 120 x 100 cm. The many options allow the IBC to be fitted into your fill process. It has filler openings of 150 mm x 225 mm x 400 mm,  2” & 3” drain taps, HDPE inner tanks in the colours natural, white and black, and comes with a wooden, steel or plastic pallet. With all these possibilities, this IBC can be employed in most industries.
