When you do business with us, you of course want to know our delivery times and carriage and order costs. We will tell you more about this in this article.

Package delivery days

If you place an order with us that is no larger than 79 x 39 x 51 cm or heavier than 51 kg, this is sent to you as a package. If the articles are in stock and your order is placed before 14:00, then in Belgium and the Netherlands your package will usually be delivered the next working day.

Route days based on postcode

Our freights are assigned on the basis of ‘route days’. On set days in the week, we make deliveries to specific postcode areas in the Netherlands and specific provinces in Belgium. All orders for which the articles are in stock and that have been placed at least two days before a route day before 17:00 via sales@houweling.nl or sales@houweling.be, are delivered on the next route day.

Carriage and order costs

The following table shows you our rates as of 1 January 2022:

Track & Trace

When we send your package, you will receive an email with a track & trace. This allows you to track your order. The delivery date of your freight order can be found on the order confirmation.

Costs

The carriage and order costs of your order up to € 400.00 can be found on the quote and/or order confirmation. Please note: the charging of pallets is not included here.

Unloading

We deliver your freight in principle always at the destination under the delivery conditions “delivered at place” (DAP). This means that we make the goods available to you unloaded at the place to be delivered. A forklift truck will be required on site to unload the freight.
